We give for two main reasons. The first is to support the mission and work of the church as we seek to bring about God's kingdom here on earth and to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. The second reason is because it's a vital spiritual practice in the life of Christian discipleship. A staggering 42% of Jesus' parables are about money and possessions.
